Terms of Service

1. Booking & Deposit
To confirm a booking, a deposit of NOK 625 is required. This deposit is non-refundable and serves as a cancellation fee if the session is cancelled at any time.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 12 hours before the session: The deposit (NOK 625) is retained as the cancellation fee. No further payment is required.

• Cancellation less than 12 hours before the session: The deposit (NOK 625) is retained, and an additional NOK 625 is charged.

• Cancellation 2 hours or less before the session, or failure to show up without notice: The full price of the session will be charged.

3. Lateness Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will still be required to pay the full price for the originally booked time. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.

4. Exceptions to Full Payment Policy for Last-Minute Cancellations (2 Hours or Less)
In cases of genuine crises or emergencies that occur 2 hours or less before the session, exceptions to the full payment requirement may apply.

Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:

• Medical emergencies requiring immediate attention

• Accidents or unforeseen incidents preventing attendance

• Natural disasters or severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe

Proof of the crisis may be requested to waive or reduce the cancellation fee at the sole discretion of the service provider.
