1. Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed with a date and time, it is considered final and subject to the cancellation fees outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: A cancellation fee of 500 NOK applies.

Cancellation less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the session: A cancellation fee of 1,000 NOK applies.

Cancellation 2 hours or less before the session, or failure to show up without notice: The full price of the session will be charged.

3. Lateness Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, you will still be required to pay the full price for the originally booked time. Unfortunately, the session cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.

4. Exceptions to Full Payment Policy for Last-Minute Cancellations (2 Hours or Less)

In cases of genuine crises or emergencies that occur 2 hours or less before the session, exceptions to the full payment requirement may apply.

Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:

Medical emergencies requiring immediate attention.

Accidents or unforeseen incidents preventing attendance.

Natural disasters or severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe.

Proof of the crisis may be requested to waive or reduce the cancellation fee at the sole discretion of the service provider.
